"It all started with one man in a converted airplane hangar overlooking Lake Griffin. He sold Central Florida orange groves, commercial properties, and in 1969 his first home for $44,000.That man was my dad, Tom Grizzard.
As more and more families turned to my dad’s team for their Real Estate needs, our company outgrew one office after the next.
It was imperative that we provided our agents with the latest training and technology as the industry evolved. This led us to join ERA® whose use of the fax machine was cutting edge technology in the 1970’s. I think you would agree that technology and Real Estate has come a long way since then.
I bought the company in 2007 during one of the worst housing downturns in American history.
